The Art of the Brew Bar
Together with Canada's award-winning specialty coffee roaster, 49th Parallel Coffee Roasters, we present some of the world's finest coffees, individually brewed for the perfect cup.
How We Do It
We utilize a revolutionary hybrid technique that combines the clarity of drip coffee brewing with the full-bodied richness of a French Press.
Each cup is brewed individually to order, allowing the nuanced aromatics and complex flavors of our premier coffees to shine through. By keeping the "Art of Espresso" in the hands of our trained Baristas, we ensure quality that super-automatic machines simply cannot replicate.

How to make great coffee @ home
-
1
Store fresh-roasted whole beans in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
-
2
Grind coffee just before brewing. Use a proper grind size: coarse like poppy seeds.
-
3
Use filtered cold water. Ideal temperature is between 80-90°C (190-200°F).
-
4
Use 2 level TBSP coffee for every 6 oz of water (70g/L), then vary to taste.
Barista Tip
"Transfer to a pre-heated thermal carafe to preserve freshness. Never leave hot coffee sitting on a burner—it burns the oils and ruins the delicate flavor profile."
